Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in Belgium. Would you like delivery to another country? Contact us and we will check what is possible.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery within Belgium: €5.40 per order (incl. VAT). Orders of €60 or more (incl. VAT) are delivered free of charge. The exact cost is always shown in your cart before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery in Belgium usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. These are estimates; delays by the carrier can occur. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you with a new delivery date or a full refund.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched you receive an e-mail, with a tracking number where available.
Damaged or incomplete parcel
Please check your parcel on receipt. If it is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours with a photo, so we can resolve it with the carrier and send a replacement.
