14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you designate) received the goods, without giving a reason.
How to return a product
- Let us know within the 14 days by e-mail (address below), stating your order number and the products you are returning. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
- Send the product back within 14 days after informing us, to the return address we give you in our reply.
- The costs of returning the product are paid by you, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Condition of the product
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop, but please do not fit or use it. Return it complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. Parts that have been fitted, used or damaged may lose value; we may deduct that loss of value from the refund.
Refund
We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method (for cash on delivery: by bank transfer to the account you give us). We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back, or until you show proof that you sent it.
Wrong or defective product
Did you receive a defective product or the wrong part? Contact us; we arrange a replacement or refund and pay the return costs. See also our Warranty page.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases by businesses. Returns of unused, undamaged products in original packaging can be accepted after prior agreement.
