2-year legal guarantee (consumers)
All products bought as a consumer are covered by the legal guarantee of 2 years from delivery, under Belgian law. If a product does not conform to what was agreed (for example a manufacturing defect) and this becomes apparent within those 2 years, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise.
What we do
We will repair or replace the product free of charge, including shipping costs. If that is not possible or not reasonable, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund.
How to make a claim
Contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect, with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. Please keep the part and, where possible, the packaging.
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear (for example of filters and bulbs at the end of their service life).
- Damage caused by incorrect fitting, an unsuitable application, accidents, modification or misuse.
- Parts that were not fitted according to the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Business customers
For business customers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects applies from delivery; see article 10 of our Terms & Conditions.
