2. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to every order placed on motioncarparts.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. Business customers (companies, garages, traders) are subject to the additional rules in article 10.
3. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible, including OE numbers, cross-references and technical data. Photos may differ slightly from the actual product. All prices are in euro and include 21% Belgian VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.
4. Checking fitment
Before ordering, please check that the part fits your vehicle, preferably by comparing the OE number or the dimensions with your old part. The vehicle lists on our product pages are provided as guidance. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we will help you.
5. Orders and contract
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious error, suspected fraud or if the product is no longer available; any amount already paid will then be refunded in full.
6. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on delivery: you pay the full amount to the carrier on delivery.
7. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and countries are described in our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you designate) receive the goods.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. How this works is described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantee (consumers)
All products come with the 2-year legal guarantee for consumers under Belgian law. Details are on our Warranty page.
10. Business customers
For orders placed by businesses (including garages and traders): the right of withdrawal does not apply; our warranty against manufacturing defects is limited to 12 months from delivery; defects must be reported in writing within 8 days of discovery; our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the product price. Trade pricing and payment on invoice are only available after written agreement.
11. Liability
Car parts must be fitted according to the vehicle manufacturer’s instructions, preferably by a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting, use of an unsuitable part, normal wear, or modifications. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints
Please send complaints to the e-mail address above; we aim to reply within 5 working days. If we cannot reach a solution together, consumers can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur, consumentenombudsdienst.be).
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
